Rules And Regulations

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful experience for all attendees, please review the following rules and policies before entering the event grounds.

No Weapons
No weapons of any kind are permitted. This includes firearms, knives, and any object that may be considered dangerous. This rule applies to all guests, regardless of permits.

No Club Colors
Motorcycle club colors, patches, or insignia are not allowed on event grounds. This policy helps maintain a neutral and welcoming environment for all attendees.

Bag Policy
Purses allowed (no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”). All bags are subject to search. Backpacks and coolers are not permitted inside.

Chair Policy
Due to Ocean City Fire and Safety Code, no chairs of any kind may be brought into the event, except for handicap-accessible wheelchairs, canes, and other medically necessary items. Two large picnic table seating areas are available inside the Inlet.

Food & Beverages
No outside food, alcohol, or beverages are allowed. Any items collected at the entrance will be disposed of and will not be returned.

Conduct & Removal Policy
Any attendee who is visibly intoxicated, disruptive, aggressive, or otherwise violating event rules may be removed without refund or re-entry. This policy will be enforced at the sole discretion of security and event organizers.

Ticketing & Wristbands
Wristbands must be worn at all times while inside the event. Any tampering with, sharing, or duplication of wristbands may result in removal from the event without refund.

Photography & Media Release
By entering the event grounds, attendees consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. OC Rock & Ride reserves the right to use all images and footage taken during the event in future marketing without compensation.

Weather Policy
OC Rock & Ride is a rain-or-shine event. No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather unless explicitly stated.

Children & Minors
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Some areas or activities may be restricted to guests age 21 and over.

ADA Accommodations
OC Rock & Ride is ADA-compliant and committed to accessibility. If you require accommodations, please contact us in advance or visit the designated ADA assistance area on-site.

Service Animals
Only trained service animals are permitted. Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed.

  • Who are the promoters for OC Rock & Ride?

  • Who are the vendors this year, and where will they be?
    • Vendors will be at the Convention Center (4001 Coastal Highway) 9/10-/9/14 from 10am to 7pm and on Sunday 9/15 from 10am to 4pm.
    • Vendors will be at the Inlet (809 N. Atlantic Avenue) 9/10-9/14 from 9am to 10pm, closed on Sunday 9/15.
    • There are NO vendors at Shorebirds Perdue Stadium this year.
    • There is NO charge to visit the Vendor Villages.

  • Are outside photographers/cameras allowed?
    • No outside cameras or detachable lenses are permitted inside OC Rock & Ride event grounds. We do not have storage available for these items, so plan accordingly before arrival.
